Job Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and update MIS reports using Google Sheets and Advanced Excel.
Automate repetitive tasks using Google Apps Script and Excel VBA Macros to improve efficiency.
Manage and process large datasets, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and security.
Create custom dashboards and reports for management using Google Data Studio, Power BI, or Excel Dashboards.
Use Advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, and Conditional Formatting.
Develop scripts and macros to automate data extraction, validation, and report generation.
Analyze business data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
Work closely with various departments (Operations, Finance, Sales, HR) to understand reporting needs and optimize workflows.
Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to Google Sheets, Google Apps Script, and Excel automation.
Implement data validation techniques to ensure high-quality, error-free reporting.
Automate the process of data extraction from multiple sources (Google Forms, CRM, ERP, Excel, and external databases).
Assist in preparing presentations and analytical reports for management review.
Ensure adherence to data security and confidentiality policies.
Provide training and support to other team members on the efficient use of Google Sheets, Excel, and automation tools.
Continuously explore new technologies and automation techniques to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in an MIS role.
Expertise in Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, INDEX-MATCH, Macros, Data Validation).
Strong knowledge of Google Sheets and Google Apps Script (or Google Script) for automation.
Experience in handling and processing large datasets efficiently.
Familiarity with data visualization tools like Google Data Studio, Power BI, or Tableau (preferred).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate insights.
Experience in workflow automation and process improvement.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
