Job Summary
We are seeking a highly responsible and experienced Branch Manager to oversee and manage the daily operations of our Gurugram branch. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the security services industry, with strong leadership skills and a proven ability to manage teams, client relations, and branch operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage overall branch operations and administration.
Recruit, train, and manage security personnel including guards and field officers.
Ensure smooth deployment of security personnel at client locations.
Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and client agreements.
Maintain strong client relationships and handle client escalations or concerns.
Ensure timely billing, collection of payments, and branch profitability.
Maintain staff attendance, duty rosters, and leave records.
Coordinate with HO for manpower requirements, audits, and reporting.
Conduct regular field visits to check service quality and personnel discipline.
Handle government/statutory compliance such as PF, ESI, and labor laws.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the security industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
Knowledge of manpower deployment, payroll, and security protocols.
Familiar with statutory compliance (PF, ESI, labor laws).
Ability to handle pressure and multitask efficiently.
Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
