Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various job roles across industries.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with clients for final selection.
- Manage job postings on job portals, social media, and other platforms.
Onboarding and Induction:
- Handle the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Conduct induction sessions to familiarize new employees with company policies and culture.
Client and Candidate Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Address and resolve queries or issues from clients and candidates promptly.
Database Management:
- Maintain an updated database of candidates, including resumes and contact details.
- Track recruitment metrics and generate reports for management review.
Policy Implementation:
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Training and Development:
- Coordinate training programs for internal staff as required.
- Identify skill gaps and recommend training initiatives to bridge them.
Employee Engagement:
- Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives.
- Organize team-building activities and events.
Key Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in HR, recruitment, or a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software (e.g., ATS).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Preferred: Experience in a recruitment company or consulting firm.
