Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

    • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various job roles across industries.
    • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with clients for final selection.
    • Manage job postings on job portals, social media, and other platforms.
  2. Onboarding and Induction:

    • Handle the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless experience.
    • Conduct induction sessions to familiarize new employees with company policies and culture.
  3. Client and Candidate Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
    • Address and resolve queries or issues from clients and candidates promptly.
  4. Database Management:

    • Maintain an updated database of candidates, including resumes and contact details.
    • Track recruitment metrics and generate reports for management review.
  5. Policy Implementation:

    • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  6. Training and Development:

    • Coordinate training programs for internal staff as required.
    • Identify skill gaps and recommend training initiatives to bridge them.
  7. Employee Engagement:

    • Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives.
    • Organize team-building activities and events.

Key Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in HR, recruitment, or a similar role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software (e.g., ATS).
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Preferred: Experience in a recruitment company or consulting firm.
