Job Title: Senior Accountant (GST, TDS & Manufacturing Accounts)
Location: Bagru, Jaipur, Rajasthan
Salary: ₹45,000 per month (Negotiable for the right candidate)
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to handle complete accounts, GST, TDS, and manufacturing accounting. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Indian taxation and accounting standards, especially in a manufacturing setup.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting activities in Tally/ERP.
Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9) monthly/quarterly.
Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and returns (26Q, 24Q).
Reconciliation of bank accounts, GST, TDS, and vendor ledgers.
Maintain stock and costing records in coordination with production.
Prepare financial statements like P&L, Balance Sheet, and MIS reports.
Coordinate with auditors and ensure timely audit completion.
Knowledge of E-way bills, input credit, and vendor compliance.
Supervise junior accountants or assistants if needed.
Qualifications:
Education: B.Com/M.Com or equivalent (CA Inter preferred but not mandatory).
Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
Strong knowledge of Tally ERP, Excel, GST Portal, TRACES.
Skills Required:
Expertise in GST & TDS laws.
Good command of inventory and cost accounting in manufacturing.
Attention to detail, organizational and analytical skills.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Working Hours:
9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
