Description:
Position: CRM Executive
Location: Tonk Road, Jaipur
Salary: ₹30,000 per month
Gender Preference: Female candidate
Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
Manage the customer database and update CRM software regularly.
Ensure timely follow-up with leads and existing clients.
Collect customer feedback and coordinate with internal teams for service improvements.
Assist in developing customer loyalty programs and retention strategies.
Resolve customer complaints quickly and professionally.
Prepare regular reports on customer interactions, feedback, and satisfaction levels.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: Business Administration, Marketing, or similar).
1-3 years of experience in a CRM, sales support, or customer service role.
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (written and spoken).
Good knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Zoho CRM, Salesforce) is an advantage.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Pleasant personality with a customer-focused attitude.
