Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Punching Operator for our sheet metal manufacturing unit specializing in steel door production. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in operating punching machines and a solid understanding of sheet metal processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor CNC/NC punching machines.

• Set up tools and dies as per the job requirement.

• Interpret technical drawings and specifications.

• Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning.

• Ensure production quality meets company standards.

• Troubleshoot basic machine issues and coordinate with maintenance if needed.

• Maintain records of daily production and defects.

• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.

Candidate Requirements:

• Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.

• Familiarity with steel door manufacturing or sheet metal industry preferred.

• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.

• Strong attention to detail and quality.

• Willingness to work in shifts if required.
