Job Description: Business Development Executive
Company: Reputed Pharma Company
Location: Jaipur
Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month
Experience: 1-5 years in the Generic Division
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research and Analysis:
- Identify potential business opportunities in the generic pharmaceutical market.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to develop effective strategies.
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
- Generate leads and build a pipeline of prospective clients.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and healthcare professionals.
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Sales and Revenue Growth:
- Promote and sell generic products to new and existing clients.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Product Knowledge and Training:
- Stay updated with product knowledge and market developments.
- Provide training and product demonstrations to clients as required.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide feedback to management for improving product offerings and business strategies.
Key Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: Graduate in Pharmacy, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-5 years of experience in the Generic Division.
- Skills:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Preferred: Knowledge of the generic pharmaceutical market and local client base in Jaipur.
