Job Description:
We are hiring a skilled CNC Bending Operator with 3 years of experience in the steel fabrication or door manufacturing industry. The candidate will be responsible for operating CNC press brake bending machines to produce high-precision steel components.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate CNC bending machines as per technical drawings.
Ensure accurate dimensions and angles in steel door components.
Perform machine setups and adjust tooling for different jobs.
Maintain safety and quality standards throughout production.
Coordinate with quality control for inspection of finished parts.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a CNC Bending Operator.
Experience in steel or metal fabrication preferred.
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
Knowledge of machine programming is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and safety standards.
