Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage and enhance customer relationships, handle client communications, and support business growth initiatives through effective use of CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and update customer records in the CRM system.

Handle inbound and outbound communication with clients via phone, email, and chat.

Address customer queries and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Coordinate with internal departments to resolve client issues in a timely manner.

Generate CRM reports and track customer engagement metrics.

Assist in planning and executing client retention strategies.

Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of customer data.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in a CRM, customer service, or similar role.

Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot) preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
