Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online marketplace presence. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing listings, product catalogues, pricing strategies, inventory coordination, and order processing on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce channels.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage product listings on various e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.)

Coordinate with internal teams for stock, pricing, images, and content updates.

Monitor and manage online orders, returns, and customer queries.

Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports.

Run and manage online promotions, deals, and advertising campaigns.

Ensure timely dispatches and manage logistics partners.

Optimize product visibility using relevant keywords and SEO techniques.

Stay updated with marketplace trends, algorithms, and best practices.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred in Business, Marketing, or IT).

Minimum 2 years of proven experience in e-commerce operations.

Strong knowledge of major marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, and their seller dashboards.

Proficiency in MS Excel and data management tools.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with marketplace ads (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads)

Knowledge of basic image editing tools (Photoshop/Canva)

Familiarity with inventory and order management systems
