Description:
Job Title: Dispatch Executive
Location: VKI Area, Jaipur
Company Type: Manufacturer, Distributor, and Trading Company
Salary: ₹20,000 per month
Gender Preference: Male candidates only
Job Responsibilities:
Track and coordinate timely and accurate dispatch of all customer orders.
Maintain proper records of dispatched goods, delivery notes, and transport details.
Ensure correct packaging and labeling of products as per customer requirements.
Monitor and maintain stock of finished products and packaging materials.
Coordinate with production and warehouse teams for order readiness and inventory updates.
Liaise with transporters and delivery personnel to ensure smooth and timely logistics.
Maintain dispatch registers, stock ledgers, and daily dispatch reports.
Follow company procedures for quality checks and documentation before dispatch.
Requirements:
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in dispatch/logistics/inventory management.
Basic knowledge of inventory systems or MS Excel.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing/distribution environment.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Physically fit and able to handle movement of goods when required.
