Job Title: Business Development Executive

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)

Job Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Tally software products.

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Collaborate with the technical team to understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

Maintain proper documentation of leads, follow-ups, and closures using CRM tools.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands.

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in IT or software products.

Proven ability to meet or exceed targets.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Knowledge of Tally software or accounting software will be an added advantage.
