Job Title: Telecaller – Finance Profile
Location: Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (depending on experience and performance)
Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Telecallers to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for calling potential clients, explaining financial services or loan products, and maintaining customer relationships. Freshers or candidates with telecalling/BPO/finance experience are welcome.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.
Explain financial products such as personal loans, business loans, credit cards, insurance, etc.
Convince and assist clients in completing documentation and application processes.
Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and customer responses.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume and conversions.
Handle customer queries professionally and escalate issues when required.
Maintain a positive, professional attitude on all calls.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate.
Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English is a plus.
Confident, polite, and persuasive on the phone.
Basic knowledge of finance, loans, or sales will be an advantage.
Proficiency in using mobile apps or basic computer systems (MS Excel, CRM tools).
Fresher or 0–1 year of experience in telecalling or customer service preferred.
