Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
We are seeking a CRM Executive to manage and improve customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience with CRM systems, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of enhancing customer satisfaction. Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Handle customer follow-ups and ensure prompt resolutions to queries.
Provide assistance in resolving product/service-related concerns.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize customer engagement strategies.
Generate and analyze CRM reports to track customer satisfaction and business growth.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer interactions and resolve issues.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of products or services to clients.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
Minimum 1 year of experience in CRM or customer service.
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
Proficiency in using CRM software (such as Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).
Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
