The ideal candidate is a CA-qualified professional with proven success in high-value decision-making across Agro Commodities, Edible Oil, Trading, Procurement, and Supply Chain. Job Description - Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Key Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: - Lead and oversee all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis - Drive the commercial strategy across procurement, trading, and supply chain functions - Monitor and optimize the company's P&L, working capital, and cash flows - Ensure compliance with Indian and International financial regulations - Oversee international vendor payments, LC documentation, hedging, and risk management - Coordinate with cross-functional teams on cost control, margin enhancement, and business expansion - Liaise with auditors, regulatory authorities, and financial institutions - Implement automation, ERP, and digital reporting tools for better financial visibility - Develop financial SOPs and internal controls aligned with global practices Desired Candidate Profile Desired Candidate Profile: - Chartered Accountant (CA) - Mandatory - 10+ years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles - Strong domain experience in Agro Commodities, Edible Oil, International Trade, or Procurement - Must have handled teams and driven financial transformation in trading environments - Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills - Female candidates preferred as per role requirements - Must be comfortable working as per Belgium Holiday Calendar and extended shift timings How to Apply How to Apply: Qualified candidates may send their updated resume to [Your Email Address] or call at [Your Contact Number] for further discussion.
