Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager with a diploma in Mechanical Engineering and a minimum of 7 years of industrial experience, preferably in the food processing or FMCG sector, to oversee and lead the maintenance operations at our manufacturing facility in Chaksu, Jaipur.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, schedule, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of plant machinery and equipment.
Ensure uninterrupted production by minimizing machine breakdowns.
Lead and manage a team of technicians and fitters.
Maintain utility equipment such as boilers, compressors, chillers, generators, etc.
Handle maintenance of food-grade machinery like conveyors, mixers, packing machines, etc.
Manage maintenance budgets and spare parts inventory.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and hygiene standards.
Coordinate with production and quality departments for smooth operations.
Vendor management for outsourced maintenance services and spare parts procurement.
Maintain documentation of maintenance activities and audits.
Required Skills:
Strong technical knowledge in mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and utility maintenance.
Experience with preventive maintenance planning tools and software.
Good leadership and team management skills.
Problem-solving ability with quick decision-making.
Familiarity with GMP and HACCP standards is an added advantage.
