/ Herbal Products Salary: No bar for the right candidate Company: Reputed Psyllium Processing Company Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Analytical Chemist to join our team at our Chaksu-based facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laboratory analysis, quality control, and regulatory compliance, with specific experience in the psyllium, nutraceutical, herbal, or food industries preferred. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct routine and non-routine chemical analyses using analytical techniques such as HPLC, UV, GC, FTIR, Titration, and Gravimetric methods. - Develop, validate, and document analytical methods in accordance with industry standards. - Analyze raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards. - Maintain accurate records of testing results and generate technical reports. - Ensure laboratory equipment is calibrated, maintained, and used correctly. - Adhere to GMP, GLP, ISO, and other regulatory guidelines. - Assist in root cause analysis and troubleshooting of quality issues. - Work closely with QA/QC, production, and R&D teams to ensure product integrity. Requirements: - B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or related discipline. - Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in a chemical/analytical lab. - Familiarity with instruments like HPLC, UV, and GC is mandatory. - Experience in the psyllium or herbal product industry will be a strong advantage. - Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking. - Good communication and documentation skills.
