About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Jewellery Manual Designer to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of traditional and contemporary jewellery design principles, exceptional creativity, and attention to detail. You will play a key role in crafting unique, high-quality designs that align with our brand’s vision and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Creation: Create intricate manual designs for diamond, polki and Gold  jewelry, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer preferences.
• Concept Development: Collaborate with clients and the production team to conceptualize and refine bespoke designs.
• Technical Drawings: Produce detailed sketches and technical drawings to guide craftsmen in the manufacturing process.
• Trend Research: Stay updated on the latest trends in the jewellery industry to incorporate innovative ideas into designs.
• Quality Control: Ensure designs are feasible for production and meet the company’s quality standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the CAD team, craftsmen, and sales team to translate designs into final products.
• Material Knowledge: Leverage in-depth knowledge of precious metals, gemstones, and manufacturing techniques to create durable and aesthetically pleasing designs.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 7-10 years of hands-on experience in jewellery manual designing.
• Technical Expertise: Proficient in freehand sketching and technical drawing for jewellery designs.
• Creative Flair: Exceptional creativity and an eye for detail.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of jewellery market trends, materials, and production techniques.
• Collaboration Skills: Ability to work effectively with teams across design, production, and marketing.
• Attention to Detail: High level of precision in designing and ensuring manufacturability.
