Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced QC Supervisor to manage our quality control processes. The ideal candidate will ensure that products meet company standards by inspecting raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day quality control activities and team members.

• Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, in-process materials, and final products.

• Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures.

• Maintain accurate records of quality checks and ensure all testing reports are up-to-date.

• Identify non-conforming products and coordinate with production teams for corrective action.

• Monitor adherence to product and process specifications.

• Train and support shop floor teams on quality standards and SOPs.

• Prepare and review inspection reports to ensure completeness and accuracy.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives in quality and efficiency.

• Ensure all equipment and tools for quality control are calibrated and properly maintained.

Requirements:

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g. Mechanical, Textile, Engineering, etc.).
