 Job Title: Legal and Compliance Manager
 Location: Navi Mumbai
CTC: ₹18 LPA
Experience: 7 to 10 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate legal agreements, contracts, and other legal documents.

• Ensure compliance with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements across business functions.

• Develop, implement, and monitor company compliance policies and procedures.

• Liaise with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies as required.

• Advise senior management on legal risks, compliance obligations, and mitigation strategies.

• Conduct regular legal research to stay up to date with changes in laws and industry standards.

• Handle litigation matters, including coordination with lawyers and drafting legal responses.

• Support the company’s business operations by providing proactive legal guidance.

Key Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: LLB or equivalent law degree (LLM would be an advantage).

• Experience: 7 to 10 years of proven legal and compliance experience, preferably in a corporate setup.

• Strong knowledge of Indian corporate, commercial, and compliance laws.

• Excellent communication and drafting skills.

• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Work Location: Navi Mumbai
Salary Range: Up to ₹18 LPA CTC
