Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Tender Executive to join our team in Civil Lines, Jaipur. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in tendering procedures and documentation, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and monitor relevant tenders on government and private portals (e.g., GEM, e-procurement sites, etc.)

• Study and analyze tender documents, eligibility criteria, and scope of work

• Prepare technical and financial bid documents as per tender requirements

• Coordinate with internal departments for collecting required documents and data

• Ensure timely submission of tenders

• Maintain records of all tenders submitted and track outcomes

• Liaise with clients, consultants, and vendors for tender clarification and compliance

• Follow up on submitted bids and participate in bid openings and evaluations when required

Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of government e-tendering processes

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Attention to detail and deadline-oriented

• Familiarity with GEM, e-procurement portals, and BOQ handling

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• B.Tech graduate with 3+ years of experience in handling tenders

• Candidates with experience in EPC, construction, manufacturing, or infrastructure sectors will be preferred

• Must be located in or willing to relocate to Jaipur
