Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced ITI Fitter with at least 8 years of hands-on experience in mechanical fitting, assembly, and plant maintenance. The candidate will be responsible for fitting and assembling mechanical components, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring equipment operates efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications

• Perform mechanical fitting, assembly, and alignment of machinery and equipment

• Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance of machines

• Use hand tools, power tools, welding, and cutting equipment when required

• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions

• Ensure all safety procedures are followed while working

• Maintain tools, equipment, and work area in good condition

• Coordinate with supervisors and other departments for repair schedules

Required Skills:

• Proficient in mechanical fitting and assembly

• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics

• Experience with welding, grinding, and drilling machines

• Ability to read mechanical drawings

• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Teamwork and communication skills

Qualifications:

• ITI Fitter Trade from a recognized institute

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in mechanical fitting/maintenance

Work Environment:

• Location: Kaladera Industrial Area, Jaipur

• 6-day working schedule

• Factory/Plant-based role
