Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee the inventory, storage, and dispatch operations of our manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in storekeeping within a manufacturing setup, preferably in engineering or air dryer-related equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the entire store operations including receipt, storage, issuance, and dispatch of materials
Maintain inventory records in Tally or ERP and conduct regular stock audits
Ensure timely inward and outward movement of raw material and finished goods
Monitor and control minimum and maximum stock levels
Coordinate with purchase, production, and accounts departments for material planning
Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly stock reports
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and 5S standards in the store
Handle GRN, MRN, issue slips, gate passes, etc.
Supervise store team and ensure proper documentation and filing of records
Required Skills:
Good knowledge of inventory management, dispatch, and material handling
Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and ERP systems
Knowledge of FIFO/LIFO, inward-outward registers, and stock reconciliation
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Attention to detail and time management
Experience in working in manufacturing store environments
Qualifications:
Graduate / Diploma in any stream (Preference for candidates with technical/manufacturing background)
Minimum 3 years of experience in a store management role in a manufacturing company
Work Schedule:
6 days a week
