Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Executive/Manager to oversee and ensure compliance with organic certification standards. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in agriculture, a deep understanding of organic certification processes, and a proven track record in quality assurance within the agriculture or organic products sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with national and international organic certification standards (e.g., NPOP, NOP, EU Organic).
Monitor and maintain quality control procedures at every stage of production.
Implement and improve QA systems, SOPs, and audit processes.
Conduct internal audits and coordinate with certification bodies for external audits.
Maintain detailed documentation and reports for traceability and transparency.
Train and guide production and field teams on quality and certification standards.
Liaise with farm operations, suppliers, and other departments to maintain product quality.
Handle customer complaints and quality-related issues efficiently.
Conduct periodic reviews of raw material and final product quality.
Key Requirements:
Graduate degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or a related research field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in the organic/agriculture sector.
In-depth knowledge of organic certification standards and audit requirements.
Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and lead QA initiatives if required.
