Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Professional with a strong background in international business development within the organic industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, expanding international market reach, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets for organic products.
Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing international clients, distributors, and partners.
Develop and execute strategies to promote the company’s organic product line across global markets.
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., production, marketing, logistics) to ensure client requirements are met efficiently.
Prepare business proposals, sales reports, and market analysis presentations for management.
Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in international business development, specifically in the organic products industry (agriculture, food, wellness, etc.).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent knowledge of international trade practices, export regulations, and market entry strategies.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
Willingness to travel internationally as required.
Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
