Position: CNC Programmer
Experience: 2–3 Years
Location: Mahindra SEZ, Jaipur
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Industry: Manufacturing / Precision Engineering / Automotive Components
Working Hours: Full Time, 6 Days Working

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and modify CNC programs using G-code, M-code for turning, milling, and drilling operations.

• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to create accurate machining processes.

• Operate and set up CNC machines (Fanuc / Siemens / Haas-based controls preferred).

• Ensure proper selection of tools, speeds, and feeds to optimize production.

• Troubleshoot programming issues, toolpath errors, and coordinate with production teams.

• Maintain machine efficiency, tool wear records, and program logs.

• Perform quality checks using instruments like Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, CMM, etc.

• Work with CAD/CAM software for part modeling and tool path generation (knowledge of MasterCAM, SolidCAM is a plus).

• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards during machining.

Key Skills Required:

• CNC Programming (Turning / Milling / VMC / HMC)

• Knowledge of G-code, M-code

• Blueprint Reading & GD&T

• CAM Software (MasterCAM, SolidCAM preferred)

• Machine Tool Setup & Operation

• Tool Selection & Optimization

• Basic Troubleshooting

• Quality Checking Instruments

Preferred Qualifications:

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or Tool & Die Making

• Certification in CNC Programming (optional but preferred)
