Job Description:

We are seeking a results-driven Meta Ads Expert to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, creativity, and hands-on experience in planning, executing, and scaling paid ad campaigns to generate leads and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, manage, and optimize Facebook & Instagram Ads (Meta Ads Manager).

• Conduct A/B testing and analyze performance metrics to improve campaign ROI.

• Audience targeting, budget allocation, and conversion tracking.

• Coordinate with the content/design team for ad creatives.

• Monitor ad performance daily and make necessary adjustments.

• Stay updated with Meta’s latest ad trends, tools, and algorithm changes.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in running Meta ads (Facebook & Instagram).

• Strong understanding of Pixel setup, Retargeting, Lookalike Audiences, and Funnels.

• Experience in lead generation, e-commerce campaigns, and brand awareness strategies.

• Good command over ad copywriting and visual strategy.

• Proficient in using Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and basic reporting tools.

Requirements:

• 1 to 5 years of relevant experience.

• Must have own laptop.

• Must be able to work from Mansarovar, Jaipur office.
