Position: Eye Surgeon (Ophthalmologist)
Qualifications: MBBS, MS Ophthalmology
Experience: 1-2 years or more

Job Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat a wide range of eye conditions and diseases.
• Perform specialized surgeries such as IOL, phacoemulsification (phaco), and squint correction.
• Conduct pre-operative and post-operative care for patients.
• Prescribe medications, treatments, and corrective lenses as required.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in ophthalmology techniques and practices.

Skills and Requirements:

• Proficient in performing phaco, IOL implantations, squint corrections, and other surgical procedures.
• Strong diagnostic and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and team members effectively.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time efficiently.
