Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Manager to oversee and maintain our company’s IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing hardware, software, networking, and IT support while ensuring data security and system efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the organization’s IT systems, networks, and hardware.

• Provide technical support to internal teams and resolve IT-related issues.

• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot problems as they arise.

• Oversee software installation, updates, and licenses.

• Ensure data security, backups, and recovery processes are in place.

• Manage website/server support and basic cybersecurity measures.

• Collaborate with departments to implement IT tools that improve workflow.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of computer networks, system administration, and troubleshooting.

• Experience with Windows/Linux OS, routers, firewalls, and IT security protocols.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms, hosting panels, and basic website/server management.

• Good understanding of data backups, virus protection, and software tools.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Requirements:

• 1 to 5 years of experience in an IT support or IT management role.

• Must have own laptop.

• Must be able to work from Mansarovar, Jaipur office.

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
