Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Location: Bagru, Jaipur
Industry: Bearing Manufacturing
Experience Required: 4 to 5 Years
Qualification: B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Negotiable as per experience)

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth functioning and upkeep of all electrical equipment, panels, and machines in the plant.

• Conduct regular preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems.

• Troubleshoot issues related to motors, drives, PLC panels, control panels, and other electrical components.

• Maintain compliance with electrical safety standards and statutory regulations.

• Coordinate with production and mechanical teams to minimize downtime and improve productivity.

• Prepare and maintain maintenance logs, checklists, and reports.

• Handle energy audits and work on energy-saving initiatives.

• Manage inventory of electrical spares and ensure timely procurement.

• Support installation and commissioning of new machines or equipment.

Key Skills:

• Strong knowledge of electrical maintenance in a manufacturing/industrial setup

• Hands-on experience with PLC systems, drives, motors, and control circuits

• Familiarity with electrical drawings and troubleshooting tools

• Knowledge of safety protocols and energy-saving methods

• Problem-solving attitude with the ability to work under pressure

• Basic computer skills (MS Office, ERP knowledge preferred)

Preferred Candidate:

• Prior experience in a bearing manufacturing or similar mechanical industry is a plus

• Residing nearby or willing to relocate to Bagru, Jaipur
