Position Details: Quality Engineer

Job Title: Quality Engineer – Mechanical (Bearing Manufacturing)
Location: Bagru, Jaipur
Industry: Bearing Manufacturing
Experience: 4 to 5 Years
Qualification: B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Salary: ₹40,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor quality assurance standards and processes in bearing manufacturing.

• Conduct in-process inspection, final inspection, and ensure product conformity as per specifications.

• Handle customer complaints and take corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

• Maintain all quality documentation including PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, and control plans.

• Work closely with the production team to identify and resolve quality issues.

• Use measuring instruments like Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Dial Gauge, Surface Roughness Tester, etc.

• Ensure compliance with ISO/TS 16949 or IATF 16949 standards.

• Coordinate internal audits and support external audits.

• Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (7QC Tools, 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram).

• Familiarity with bearing or precision component manufacturing preferred.

• Good communication and documentation skills.

• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
