Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Civil Supervisor – Land Development to oversee and coordinate on-site activities related to infrastructure development of residential and commercial land projects. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of civil work execution, team supervision, and quality control.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day site activities related to land development, including excavation, leveling, road work, drainage, and utility installations
Monitor progress and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications
Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and labor teams to ensure smooth execution
Ensure quality of work and adherence to safety protocols at the site
Assist in preparing daily progress reports and material requirement updates
Verify measurements and assist in billing and documentation
Report any site issues or delays to the project engineer or site in-charge
Requirements:
Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering (or relevant experience in the construction/real estate sector)
3–5 years of experience in civil site supervision, preferably in land/infrastructure development
Good understanding of civil construction processes and materials
Ability to read basic drawings and layouts
Strong site management, coordination, and leadership skills
Familiar with local site conditions and regulations in Jaipur
