Job Description:
We are hiring a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Sanganer, Jaipur. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of experience in sales with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential customers to promote company products/services
Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and networking
Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services
Submit regular sales reports to the manager
Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven 2–3 years of experience in sales (any industry)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Strong convincing power and presentation skills
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
Minimum qualification: Graduate in any field
