Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Technical Lead to join our IT team in Sanganer, Jaipur. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of hands-on experience in software development and should be capable of leading small development teams, managing project timelines, and delivering high-quality technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development team in designing, developing, testing, and deploying applications
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements
Assign tasks to team members and oversee their progress
Ensure code quality through regular code reviews and best practices
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
Manage version control and deployment processes
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends
Required Skills & Qualifications:
2–3 years of experience in software or web development
Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, PHP, Python, or similar
Hands-on experience with front-end and back-end technologies
Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills
Experience with databases, APIs, and server management
Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
Preferred Skills:
Experience leading small development teams
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools
Understanding of cloud platforms like AWS or Azure
