Job Description:
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team in Sanganer, Jaipur. The candidate should have 2 to 3 years of experience in telecalling or customer support, with excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Provide information about products or services and generate leads
Maintain customer database and records of calls and sales
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction or to schedule meetings
Handle customer queries politely and professionally
Achieve daily and monthly call and lead targets
Required Skills:
2–3 years of proven experience as a Telecaller or similar role
Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and basic English
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach
Qualifications:
Minimum: Graduate in any stream
Experience in telesales, customer support, or outbound calling
