Job Description:

We are looking for talented and detail-oriented Junior Architects to join our growing real estate development team. The ideal candidates will assist in the planning, design, and execution of architectural projects, ensuring quality and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior architects in developing architectural designs for residential and commercial projects.

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, layouts, and 3D models using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc.

• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to plans and specifications.

• Collaborate with project managers, civil engineers, and contractors for on-site execution.

• Research materials and products for design implementation and cost-efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and zoning laws.

• Support in preparing presentations and documentation for client meetings and approvals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.

• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in the real estate or construction industry.

• Proficiency in design software: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, Lumion, etc.

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.

• Excellent communication, project coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
