Job Description:

We are seeking experienced and visionary Senior Architects to lead and manage architectural design projects for our real estate development firm. The ideal candidates will have a strong portfolio of residential and commercial projects, along with leadership skills to drive design excellence from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architectural design process for real estate projects including residential townships, commercial complexes, and mixed-use developments.

• Coordinate with clients, project managers, engineers, and contractors to translate client requirements into innovative and feasible designs.

• Supervise and mentor junior architects and design teams.

• Prepare and review drawings, 3D models, working plans, BOQs, and presentation materials.

• Ensure all projects comply with local building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.

• Conduct site visits to monitor work progress and provide on-site solutions when needed.

• Evaluate materials and vendors to ensure design quality and cost-effectiveness.

• Participate in client meetings and presentations to effectively communicate design ideas.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch) from a recognized institute.

• 5 to 10 years of experience in architecture, preferably in the real estate sector.

• Strong command over design tools like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, and 3D rendering software (e.g., Lumion, V-Ray).

• In-depth knowledge of building construction methods, materials, codes, and safety regulations.

• Excellent leadership, coordination, and project management skills.

• Strong visualization, creativity, and presentation abilities.
