Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer (Site) to join our real estate development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing interior design projects at site level, ensuring high-quality finishing, timely delivery, and alignment with the design vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage on-site interior execution for residential and commercial real estate projects.

• Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure design implementation as per approved plans.

• Oversee material selection, procurement, and site installation to maintain design quality.

• Supervise carpentry, painting, lighting, and furniture installation work.

• Ensure timely project execution within the budget and quality standards.

• Resolve on-site challenges and provide creative design solutions in real-time.

• Conduct quality checks and maintain documentation for all site activities.

• Provide regular updates to project managers and attend client meetings when needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Interior Design or related field.

• 3 to 7 years of hands-on experience in site-based interior execution, preferably in real estate projects.

• Strong understanding of materials, furniture, lighting, color schemes, and spatial planning.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design software is a plus.

• Excellent knowledge of finishing work, construction methods, and site management.

• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple vendors and labor teams.
