Job Description:

We are looking for skilled and experienced MEP Engineers (Site) to oversee and manage the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing aspects of our residential and commercial real estate projects. The ideal candidates will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of MEP systems at site with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise on-site MEP installation and execution for plumbing, HVAC, fire-fighting, and electrical systems.

• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth workflow.

• Review technical drawings and ensure work is performed as per design and project specifications.

• Perform quality checks and inspections during various project phases.

• Troubleshoot on-site MEP issues and provide immediate solutions.

• Manage site teams, contractors, and vendors for timely and cost-effective execution.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and project timelines.

• Maintain records of work progress, materials used, and manpower deployed.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

• 3 to 7 years of experience in MEP execution, preferably in real estate or construction.

• Proficient in reading and interpreting MEP drawings and schematics.

• Strong knowledge of relevant standards, codes, and regulations.

• Experience in managing subcontractors and labor teams at construction sites.

• Excellent problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet project deadlines.
