Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced and technically sound Civil Engineer (Site) to manage and oversee all aspects of on-site construction for our high-end real estate projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring structural integrity, quality control, and timely delivery of civil works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day on-site construction activities including excavation, RCC work, masonry, plastering, and finishing.

• Review structural drawings, BOQs, and work orders to ensure execution as per approved plans.

• Coordinate with architects, consultants, MEP engineers, and contractors for smooth project flow.

• Monitor work progress, maintain project schedules, and ensure timely delivery.

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and compliance with safety standards.

• Manage contractors, labor teams, and materials at site efficiently.

• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and report deviations, if any, to the project head.

• Resolve technical and execution issues promptly on-site.

• Ensure adherence to cost control, quality standards, and government regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.

• 5 to 10 years of site execution experience in the real estate or construction industry.

• Strong technical knowledge of construction practices, structural systems, and finishing standards.

• Hands-on experience in project management, site supervision, and contractor coordination.

• Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, and other project tracking tools.

• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Knowledge of safety regulations, quality control processes, and government approvals.
