Job Description:

We are looking for dedicated and skilled Junior Civil Engineers (Site) to support on-site construction activities for our residential and commercial real estate projects. The ideal candidates will work under the guidance of senior engineers and project managers to ensure timely and quality execution of civil works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in supervising and executing day-to-day civil construction activities at the site.

• Work closely with contractors and labor teams to carry out tasks like RCC, brickwork, plastering, flooring, etc.

• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.

• Monitor quality of materials and workmanship on site.

• Maintain daily progress reports and submit updates to the site in-charge.

• Assist in measurement of work and verification of bills.

• Ensure safety standards and site cleanliness are maintained.

• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely material delivery.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in on-site execution, preferably in the real estate sector.

• Familiarity with construction drawings and site coordination.

• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project tracking.

• Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage labor teams and work under supervision.
