Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and analytical Head Financial Controller to lead the financial operations of our real estate business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all financial planning, budgeting, reporting, compliance, and strategic decision-making to support the company’s financial health and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full spectrum of financial management including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and reporting.

• Ensure timely preparation and analysis of financial statements, MIS reports, and balance sheets.

• Monitor and control project-wise costings, revenue flow, and profitability analysis.

• Manage tax planning, statutory compliance (GST, TDS, Income Tax), and audits.

• Liaise with banks, auditors, government authorities, and external agencies.

• Implement internal financial controls and standard operating procedures.

• Supervise accounting staff and guide them in day-to-day operations.

• Develop and monitor performance metrics for financial operations.

• Provide strategic inputs to management for investment decisions and business planning.

Requirements:

• CA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com or equivalent qualification.

• 5 to 10 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the real estate or construction sector.

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, audits, and project costing.

• Proficient in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.

• Sound understanding of financial compliance, legal regulations, and risk management.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.

• Strong communication and decision-making ability.
