Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced and proactive Purchase Manager to oversee procurement operations for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate will manage sourcing, vendor development, cost negotiation, and timely procurement of materials to support construction and office requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, source, and purchase construction materials, equipment, and office supplies as per project requirements.

• Identify and build relationships with reliable suppliers and negotiate best prices and terms.

• Evaluate vendor performance based on quality, cost, and delivery timelines.

• Raise purchase orders, maintain procurement records, and ensure timely material delivery to site.

• Coordinate with site engineers and project managers for material forecasting and delivery planning.

• Ensure cost control, inventory accuracy, and avoid project delays due to material shortages.

• Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data for audits and reporting.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.

• 3 to 7 years of procurement experience in the real estate or construction industry.

• Strong knowledge of building materials, vendor networks, and purchase practices.

• Proficiency in MS Office, Tally, and ERP systems.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
