Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and experienced Social Media Handler to manage and grow the digital presence of our real estate brand. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of real estate marketing, social media trends, and audience engagement techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with marketing goals and project launches

• Design and manage ad campaigns to generate leads and increase brand visibility

• Monitor social media trends, insights, and competitor activity to improve performance

• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner

• Collaborate with the marketing and sales team for campaign coordination and promotional activities

• Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion, etc.) and create monthly reports

• Create visually appealing posts using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools

• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and content creators for real estate project updates

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field

• 3 to 5 years of experience in social media management, preferably in real estate or a related industry

• Proficiency in social media tools, ad managers, and analytics platforms

• Strong copywriting, creative thinking, and visual storytelling skills

• Ability to manage multiple pages/accounts and work under deadlines

• Basic design and video editing skills will be a plus
