Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our real estate marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for editing high-quality promotional videos, property walkthroughs, client testimonials, social media reels, and more to showcase our real estate projects effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Edit and produce high-quality video content for real estate listings, promotional campaigns, and social media platforms.
Create property walkthroughs, client testimonial videos, drone footage edits, and event highlight reels.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to understand project requirements.
Add music, dialogues, graphics, and effects as per brand tone and aesthetics.
Ensure logical sequencing and smooth transitions in all edited videos.
Stay updated with current trends in video editing and social media content.
Manage and organize raw footage, backups, and final video assets.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of professional video editing experience.
Proficiency in video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
Experience in editing real estate or lifestyle content is a strong plus.
Knowledge of social media platforms and video formats (YouTube, Instagram Reels, Facebook, etc.).
Basic understanding of camera operations, lighting, and shooting (preferred).
Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
Strong portfolio of past video editing work (link or samples required).
