We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Event Manager to join our dynamic team in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing high-impact events that promote our projects and brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and manage end-to-end execution of real estate promotional events, property launches, exhibitions, and corporate functions.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth execution.
Develop event budgets, timelines, and detailed planning documents.
Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.
Handle event marketing, promotions, and branding in coordination with the marketing team.
Ensure events are executed within budget and deliver high ROI.
Manage event logistics, staff, registrations, and on-site execution.
Prepare post-event reports and analyze outcomes for improvement.
Maintain relationships with media, clients, and channel partners through events.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in event management, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
Strong vendor network and local market knowledge in Jaipur.
Excellent organizational, budgeting, and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle multiple events simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and event planning tools.
