We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our real estate team in Mansarovar, Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, compliance, and performance management, especially within fast-paced industries like real estate.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and exit processes.
Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with the company’s goals.
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions in accordance with labor laws.
Maintain compliance with all statutory and legal HR requirements.
Manage performance appraisal systems and ensure timely feedback and growth planning.
Foster a positive work culture and employee engagement initiatives.
Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs and manpower planning.
Oversee training & development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
8 to 10 years of proven experience in HR, preferably in the real estate or construction sector.
Strong understanding of labor laws, HR compliance, and statutory obligations.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in HR software/tools and MS Office.
