Job Title: HR and Sales Coordinator
 Salary: ₹35,000 per month
 Experience Required: 2 to 3 Years


Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and organized HR and Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting both the Human Resources and Sales departments, ensuring smooth coordination, communication, and documentation. This is a dual-role position requiring strong interpersonal, administrative, and multitasking skills.


Key Responsibilities:

HR Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment processes: posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.

  • Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is up-to-date.

  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes.

  • Assist with attendance, payroll coordination, and leave management.

  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.

Sales Coordination Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the sales team to manage client communications and follow-ups.

  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, proposals, and quotations.

  • Track leads, inquiries, and assist in lead conversion efforts.

  • Support customer relationship management and maintain updated client databases.

  • Assist in organizing client meetings, presentations, and sales events.


Candidate Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline; MBA in HR or Marketing will be a plus.

  • 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in HR and/or Sales Coordination.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic HR/Sales tools.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Professional attitude with a proactive approach.
