Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth coordination between clients, sales executives, and internal departments. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and driving sales support functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the sales team to manage client inquiries, follow-ups, and order processing.
Prepare and maintain sales documentation including quotations, invoices, and sales reports.
Maintain and update customer databases and track leads and inquiries.
Handle client communication professionally via email and phone.
Assist in preparing monthly sales targets and tracking team performance.
Ensure timely dispatch and delivery coordination with the logistics team.
Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
Candidate Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline; preference for candidates with a background in Sales or Marketing.
3 to 4 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
