Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Mid-Level Sales Executive to drive aggressive sales growth in solar structures, Tata pipes, and aluminium products used in solar projects. The candidate should possess strong industry knowledge, proven B2B sales experience, and the ability to build long-term business relationships with EPC contractors, distributors, and project developers.

Key Responsibilities
• Achieve and exceed sales targets for solar structures, Tata pipes, and aluminium components.
• Identify, approach, and onboard new clients including EPC players, solar developers, and channel partners.
• Develop and implement territory-wise sales strategies for sustainable revenue growth.
• Conduct regular market visits to track competitor activities and emerging business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
• Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, finance) for seamless order execution.
• Provide regular MIS reports on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts to management.
• Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and contracts in line with company policies.
• Represent the company at industry exhibitions, seminars, and client meetings.

Candidate Profile
• Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing or related field.
• 3–5 years of proven B2B industrial sales experience (preferably in steel, aluminium, solar structures, or related industries).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to generate leads and close deals in competitive markets.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently with accountability.
• Familiarity with solar EPC ecosystem and dealer networks will be an added advantage.

Compensation
• Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience & performance).
